Responsibilities - Design and execute technical recruitment strategies to build strong candidate pipelines - Own full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer stage and onboarding - Partner with hiring managers to understand technical

Requirements - At least 3+ years of technical recruitment experience; preferably with 2+ years in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment, or equivalent agency

Role Overview As our Technical Recruiter at Capi, you will play a critical role in scaling our Engineering and Product teams during a period of accelerated growth.
You will own full-cycle technical hiring across multiple roles and geographies, partnering closely with Engineering leadership and the Talent team to hit ambitious hiring targets and KPIs.
