Responsibilities
- Responsibilities - Design and execute technical recruitment strategies to build strong candidate pipelines - Own full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer stage and onboarding - Partner with hiring managers to understand technical
- - Track and analyse recruitment metrics to optimise hiring processes; propose improvement and process changes - Help develop and improve our technical assessment processes; including retros of processes where improvements can be made

- Experience with modern recruitment tools and platforms (ideally Ashby, Welcome to the Jungle, Juicebox/Ppl GPT, Github, Cord, etc). - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Open to travel to our other offices to spend time on the ground with teams - Fluent in English and French Nice to Have -
Experience
- Requirements - At least 3+ years of technical recruitment experience; preferably with 2+ years in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment, or equivalent agency
