Responsibilities
- Oversee gate/commercial garage door service and installation teams to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Manage all department operations , including sales, dispatch, pricing, inventory, fleet maintenance, hiring, and training.
- Create and execute marketing plans , internal promotions, goal tracking, and lead generation programs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes as well as safety and service standards.
- Monitor team performance to maximize profit and customer satisfaction .
- Collaborate with leadership to generate departmental reports and budgets .
- Handle scheduling needs with flexibility, including availability for emergencies, weekends, or holidays as needed. What We’re Looking For:

Right Way Garage Doors is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Gate & Commercial Service Manager to lead our Commercial Install and Service teams and help take our operations to the next level. Why You’ll Love Working with Us:
- experience in light commercial garage door service.
- Strong understanding of garage door systems and general home service codes (residential experience a plus).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record .
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
Experience
- 5+ years of gate/commercial garage door experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on field
- 3+ years of leadership experience
