Responsibilities
- Make that quality scale: Build automated test datasets, reusable checks, and guardrails so quality controls scale across the organization without creating manual bottlenecks; •
- Own data quality at the source: Take accountability for upstream data quality and governance, setting the standard for what "correct" data means across Bored Panda’s global operations; •
- Coach teams on data literacy: Mentor non-technical teams (especially Editorial) on how to responsibly leverage AI analytics tools, frame questions, and sanity-check their own outputs. What We Expect: •

- We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer (AI & Quality) to serve as the ultimate guardian of truth for our data, moving past traditional dashboard churning to shape how our entire organization builds, tests, and trusts its analytics. What You Will Do: •
- Core Technical Skills: Strong Python and SQL. We care deeply about your ability to read, debug, optimize, and validate code generated by others (and AI); •
- You know how to spot methodology errors, false positives, and hidden edge cases that others miss; •
- AI Tool Fluency: Comfort utilizing AI-assisted workflows and automated data tools, paired with a healthy skepticism of their outputs; •
- Industry Background: Familiarity with high-volume environments (social media, digital traffic, or web analytics) is a major advantage; •
- Fluency in English is essential. Nice to Have: •
- experience with databases, data modeling, and cloud data platforms ( GCP ); •
- BI & Version Control: Proficiency with GitHub ; • Automation:
- Experience with workflow and automation tools like n8n . What We Offer: •
