Responsibilities
- HR Administration - Maintain employee database and ensure all HR documents are properly updated and filed - Prepare HR letters and documents such as employment letters, confirmation letters, and other administrative documents - Ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and confidential - Support onboarding and offboarding administration processes 3.
- General Affairs Support - Coordinate office operational needs including office supplies, assets, and facility maintenance - Liaise with external vendors for office services, building management, courier, and other GA-related matters - Support company events, employee engagement activities, and internal operational arrangements - Monitor office asset inventory and ensure proper documentation 4.
- Reporting & Data Management - Prepare and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data reconciliation) - Generate periodic HR operational dashboards and reports for management review - Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports
Requirements
- Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field 2. Minimum 1-2 years of
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) 5.
- Basic reporting and dashboard preparation 6.
- Experience in handling General Affairs operational support, such as office administration, vendor coordination, asset management, and office facilities 9.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus 10.
