- You’ll contribute to real transactions, develop investor-grade materials, and gain exposure to senior stakeholders across the company and external partners.
- What You’ll Do - Build and own consolidated databases for debt, equity and transaction comparables to support live deal execution - Evaluate and present potential M&A targets, including preparing supporting financial analyses - Own deal-level financial models including cash flow waterfalls, merger models and potential investment return models - Prepare board-facing materials and analysis to support transaction decisions - Interface with lenders, bankers, advisors, strategic partners and founders You -
