Requirements
- The mission of Finni South New Mexico is to support the continuous growth and professional development of all team members, to empower our team members to deliver compassionate and evidence-based ABA therapy to our clients and their families, and to improve access to these ABA services for all individuals who need them.
- As an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home.
- What You'll Need - Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field -
- Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs - Reliable Transportation - Active CPR certification (Preferred) - RBT certification: (Preferred but not required) - This role involves using technology every day, including tablets for real-time data collection, scheduling software, communication platforms, and electronic documentation. -
- Experience using technology and software or platforms such as CentralReach, Catalyst, Rethink, or similar data collection systems is a plus! Physical
- Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time - Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time License/Certification: - CPR Certification (Required) - RBT certification (Preferred but not required) Work Location: In person
