Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with external vendors and internal business leads to ensure successful implementation, ongoing operations, and alignment of project deliverables.
- Guide the team in improving standard procedures for development, CI/CD, and managing a high-performing and scalable Oracle EBS/CPQ instance.
- Track and measure metrics for the engineering team’s performance.
- Lead improvements in engineering processes by identifying, developing and implementing changes.
- Lead and inspire your team to foster an agile and innovative culture.
- Ensure team members understand the vision and actively participate in goals.
- Create career plans for direct reports and define and execute quarterly goals.
Requirements
- Job Description As an Oracle Engineering Manager, you will be part of Global IT team for Services group leading the delivery of a major program and a team of talented developers experienced with Oracle EBS and CPQ technology stacks.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and growing our Oracle EBS/CPQ team, leading the development and operations of applications, and up-leveling our development maturity.

Scope Of Responsibilities/Expectations Lead a team of Oracle EBS/CPQ developers, admins, technical leads, architects and help them to collaborate closely with stakeholders and with other engineering teams to provide the best solutions for our internal and external user community.
- Learn and evaluate new Oracle products and features (e.g., Fusion Cloud).
- Desired Background/Knowledge/Skills Expertise in Oracle EBS implementation, maintenance, architecture, data modeling, security, and governance principles.
- Experience with Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is highly desirable.
- Experience with Oracle Service Contracts, Install Base is preferable.
- Solid understanding of engineering standardized processes for Oracle EBS/CPQ, including RICE components, interfaces, and declarative customization.
- Ability to communicate ideas to technical teams and business partners.
