Responsibilities
- Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate or project budget.
Requirements
- Experience in financial reports, accounting, budgeting or financial planning and analysis Solid understanding of accounting and financial statements (end of month, quarter end, year end) Knowledge of accounting, consolidation with multiple GAAPS, statutory reporting and accounting standards Understanding of finance business processes, including forecasting, budgeting cycles, and corporate reporting
- A demonstrated resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience working with large sets of data Strong attention to detail and good planning and organization skills Strong skills in critical thinking Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to support others Proven
- experience interacting and communicating with both business-oriented and IT-oriented clients Outstanding critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Ability to travel up to 25% What Could Set You Apart: Bachelor’s Degree in finance or related discipline 3+ years
- experience implementing financial reporting and performance management tools like (OneStream, Hyperion, Tagetik, Jedox, Board, DSPanel) 2+ years consulting experience preferred
