Responsibilities
- Design and execute on unmoderated, moderated usability testing, and user interviews through a rapid research program.
- Lead communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners, including design, product management, engineers, and product marketing.
- Develop research deliverables that achieve business and product impact.
- Demonstrate agility in adapting to shifting priorities.

- Assist other researchers with projects as needed. Basic
- experience conducting user research
- BA/BS in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Behavioral Science, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, related fields, or equivalent
- experience within a product-centric environment Preferred
- experience conducting remote research.
- Understanding of strengths and shortcomings of different quantitative research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase.
- Detail-oriented and ability to work fairly independently on a variety of tasks.
- Experience working in ambiguity and complex cross-functional collaborations.
- In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
