Requirements
- experience in a new environment? Our Pinjarra Refinery is looking for a Maintenance Superintendent with a passion for people management to join the team, working a Monday through Friday days only roster.
- qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or relevant trade
- qualifications are well regarded, Processing plant, Bayer process knowledge required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build, develop, and inspire success in teams, inclusive of coaching and mentoring, A strong understanding and application of Environmental Health & Safety leadership and management, Exposure to managing maintenance budgets, maintenance equipment management and repair strategies, and project planning.
