- You'll be responsible for the end-to-end clinical recruitment process –from sourcing, to interviewing, to closing.

- RESPONSIBILITIES - Own Clinician Recruitment, from top-of-funnel applications through offer signed and activation. - Attract and identify the very best clinical talent: To offer the best service, we only hire the most exceptional therapists; you'll need high EQ and IQ to separate the good from the great. - Provide a 5-star clinician
- - Innovate on new systems and tools, whether it's new sourcing tools or clinical job sites, we are always looking to improve our systems.
