Requirements
- Requirements - BCaBA Certification: Active certification from the BACB. - MI LABA License: You must currently hold a Michigan Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license OR be willing to obtain it immediately upon hire. (We welcome applicants from any state!) -
- experience in behavior analysis. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

- This is a fully remote position serving our Michigan-based families.

- The Role: Clinical Excellence via Telehealth Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you will be a vital link in the child’s care team during the critical after-school window.
- - Customized Planning: Create and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and conduct functional assessments.
- - Remote Caregiver Coaching: Provide hands-on, compassionate training to parents via telehealth to ensure consistency in the home.
