Requirements

- We are currently seeking a Director of Property Management who will be responsible for the daily operations and field performance of the region's portfolio.
- The candidate will oversee a property management staff and be accountable for their supervision, training and success.
- This individual will be accountable for delivering and maintaining best-in-class standards throughout the portfolio, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and directing the operating budgets for the portfolio; including cam, capex and landlord expenses.
- The Director is responsible for expense management throughout the year and for quarterly variance reporting.
- The Director will interface with applicable departments (Leasing, Development, Property Administration and Finance) and must be a proven leader, self-starter, strong communicator, be highly organized and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
