Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of high-impact, scalable recruitment strategies to increase international student enrollment and expand ApplyBoard’s network.
- Cultivate and deepen strategic relationships with top-tier agents and educational partners, negotiating key agreements and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Establish and maintain high standards for agent training and development, ensuring consistent quality in the student recruitment process.
- Lead data-driven analysis of recruitment activities, identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, and enhanced market penetration.
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing recruitment trends and market research to inform strategic planning.
- Mentor and support agents in developing their recruitment capabilities, enhancing their ability to drive student enrollment while upholding ApplyBoard’s mission and standards.
Requirements
- What you bring to the table: 4-6 years of proven success in sales or managing student recruitment or enterprise accounts Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience, with a strong preference for a background in international education.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly desirable.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a history of strategic decision-making and independent project leadership.
- Adept at problem-solving with a keen ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
- Advanced technical proficiency with CRM systems and digital engagement tools, including social media platforms. Proven
- experience in data analysis and the use of metrics to inform and refine recruitment strategies.
