Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Applied Economics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field; Advanced Degree Preferred Minimum of 10 years of
experience in data, analytics, and insights, with
experience leading large, multi-functional teams Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data and analytics strategies in a global organization
Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus Key Skills Expertise in advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, and AI Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) Demonstrated ability using Monte Carlo simulations, Real Options, Simulations leveraging a Digital Twin, Causal inference, Bayesian Decision Analysis Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and data architecture Exceptional leadership and team management
