Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product scope for Datadog’s managed security provider experience, with an initial focus on MSSP and MDR workflows •
- Own key capabilities end to end, from discovery and
- Define and track success metrics that measure both product effectiveness and business impact, including provider adoption, partner-led opportunities, broader pipeline influence, alert management efficiency, time to triage, coverage across customer environments, workflow completion, and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Experience within Datadog Security, you will define and deliver capabilities that enable our MSSPs and MDR partners to monitor, hunt, triage, and respond to threats across multiple customer environments.
- You will help extend Datadog Security’s Detection Engine into broader multi-tenant security operations workflows for MSSPs and MDR providers operating at scale.
- Develop a deep understanding of how MSSPs, MDR providers, and strategic enterprise customers monitor, hunt, triage, and respond across multiple customer environments •
- experience in security or observability is preferred •
- Familiarity with security operations workflows such as threat detection, incident response, or detection engineering •
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful products •
- Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows and validate, critique, and refine AI-generated output.
- You’re motivated to push the boundaries of how AI can improve software engineering best practices and contribute to building AI enabled products.
