Responsibilities
- Perform pharmaceutical calculations and identify medications requiring special storage or handling.
- Prepare medications and necessary supplies (e.g., syringes, sharps containers) for patient delivery.
- Manage inbound inquiries and perform outbound medication adherence outreach.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing medications.
- Support operational processes through data entry, claim adjudication, and database management.
Requirements
- We are seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with extensive experience. Job Duties:
- Skills: Strong phone skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word; able to quickly learn other database programs and able to extract relevant information; strong organizational and interpersonal skills a must
- Required Licensure/Certification: We are seeking experienced pharmacy technicians who are registered in state of Oregon.
- Being nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent is preferred but not required. Should certification need to be obtained for a particular state or updated at the time of employment, the applicant will commit to obtaining the required certification within a mutually agreed upon timeframe. Continued employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements. Years of

- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Solid computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for communication, documentation, and data management, as well as, navigating the internet and web-based platforms.
Benefits
- Compensation: An employee in this position can expect an hourly compensation range of $28.00/hr - $36.00/hr.
- The actual compensation range will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law. Job Purpose:

- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30a - 5:00p PST, no weekends
- The successful candidate will provide integrated support to patients and pharmacists by providing a 'hands-on" approach to total quality patient care through the delivery of a full continuum of medication adherence support.
