Responsibilities
- Support on-time delivery of equipment to meet operational requirements.
- Record maintenance activities, labor hours, equipment movements, work orders, parts usage, and other maintenance data within computerized maintenance management systems.
- Support repair and refurbishment programs, including the reuse of approved parts where applicable.
- Maintain compliance with competency management requirements, company procedures, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel and other team members to achieve operational objectives.
Requirements
- experience gained through education, internships, apprenticeships, or previous work experience.
- Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical diploma, mechanical trades training, or related education is considered an asset. Previous hands-on mechanical
- experience through work, co-op placements, internships, apprenticeships, or personal projects is an asset.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to interpret procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn maintenance management systems.

- Assist in improving equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and productivity within the maintenance base.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime, improving equipment turnaround times, and enhancing asset utilization.
- Assist with failure investigations and root cause analysis activities as assigned.
