Responsibilities
- Guide and educate customers through a conversation to determine to what extent we can help them; follow the Lead Management process in obtaining/setting a sales appointment at Event, Retail, Showroom or RSVP locations.
- Provide information key brand details to customers regarding RbA products and the sales process.
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects and/or time dependent activities Flexibility, cooperation, customer focus and open to changes in work schedules, processes and team participation.
- Experience Preferred Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to complete projects with little assistance from others Must be able to lift 50 pounds Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Starting Rate for this position is $17.00/hr plus incentives.

- JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Purpose: The Marketing Representative I is responsible for engaging homeowners at events, retail locations, and occasional showroom shifts to generate qualified leads.
- This role focuses on initiating meaningful conversations, educating customers on window and door replacement solutions, and following a prescribed methodology to identify interest and needs.
- The primary objective is to set appointments for homeowners to receive an in-home consultation, ensuring a positive representation of the brand while consistently driving high-quality opportunities for the sales team. Position
