Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to establish production and quality control standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and certification agencies.
- Plan and direct production activities, setting priorities based on effective operations, customer service, and cost factors.
- Manage inventory, scrap, and material utilization.
- Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to optimize resource utilization.
- Analyze production control, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to identify non-conformities and operational issues using six-sigma, root cause analysis and similar tools.
- Develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with production leadership to adjust production schedules and priorities due to equipment failure or system issues.
- Compile, store, and retrieve production data.
- Lead special projects as assigned.
- responsibilities include scheduling, fabrication, and shipment of all orders within the manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with an emphasis in manufacturing, engineering, or operations management; or associate degree in manufacturing, engineering, or operations management and/or have 5 to 7 years related
- experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of managment exepriance. Holds a valid driver’s license. PHYSICAL

- Additional Information The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,000-$100,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision
- benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO.

- Mobility – prolonged periods of time on feet, standing, bending, etc. Exposure – moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and non-climate-controlled environment.
