Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and coach inside sales representatives •
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales training sessions •
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including lead response times, appointment booking rates, and sales conversions •
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to improve handoffs •
Requirements
- experience leading inside sales, SDR, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or call centre teams in a performance-driven environment.
- experience leading Philippines-based teams and working with companies based in Australia, the United States, or the United Kingdom.

- As our Inside Sales Team Leader, you will lead the team responsible for converting inbound enquiries into qualified appointments for our field sales team.
