- WHAT YOU'LL DO - Leading enterprise-level pilots and implementations across multiple stakeholders and products, from discovery through go-live, with clear success metrics.
- - Influencing internal teams (Product, Go-to-Market, Customer Success) on implementation strategy, setup, and handover.
- You’ll thrive in this role if you: - Have a background in law, with
- experience at a top-tier firm, in-house legal team, or legal tech environment. - Have direct people management experience, including hiring, developing, and performance-managing a team in a client-facing or delivery environment. - Bring senior
- experience delivering complex client implementations or programmes with multiple stakeholders. - Are product-savvy and tech-curious, with a strong grasp of generative AI and legal workflows. - Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Excel at stakeholder and programme management, influencing priorities and navigating high-stakes conversations. - Bring
- experience in legal tech or a technology-driven environment — a strong plus, though not required. - Bring structure to complexity, move quickly without sacrificing quality, and focus on outcomes over perfection.
