Responsibilities

Lead quarterly certification processes, including revenue recognition, inventory validation, fixed assets, and racking systems.
Coordinate internal and external audits (e.g., NSF, ISO, IATF), ensuring timely resolution of findings and corrective actions.
Develop, monitor, and analyze key operational metrics, including transit times, capacity utilization, and space efficiency.
Support system integrations and respond to data requests to enable seamless transitions and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
experience in operations, logistics, or compliance roles.
Strong understanding of inventory management practices and audit procedures.
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and compliance management systems.

As the Warehouse Operations and Analytics Manager, you will be a key contributor to North America Warehousing operations, responsible for ensuring accuracy in reporting, effective inventory management, and adherence to compliance standards.
This role drives operational excellence by managing key performance indicators (KPIs), leading audit activities, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
Additionally, the position supports M&R, CapEx, and system integration initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.
