Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure robust supplier integration during product launches.
- Ensure all solutions meet production volume, quality, cost, and occupational health & safety (OHS) requirements.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, acting as a subject‑matter expert and best‑practice resource.

- As a key contributor within the Supplier Engineering specialization, you will work closely with GSA Category teams, NPI teams, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supplier Quality Assurance to ensure supplier readiness and successful product delivery. Your
Requirements
- Manufacturing & Process Engineering Excellence Apply advanced manufacturing engineering knowledge to develop and implement processes, equipment, facilities, and documentation.
- Experience: Required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant
- experience in supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, or related fields.
- Proven ability to apply engineering methodologies to solve complex technical and business problems.
- Experience working with global suppliers and cross‑regional teams within highly regulated environments, ideally in the medical device industry.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, while thriving in collaborative environments.
