Requirements

Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure candidates at this time)
Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities

This is a remote, associate-level role (LSW or LPC) with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling.
Waukegan's community is largely Spanish-speaking, and the demand for bilingual, culturally competent mental health care in our partner school districts far exceeds the current supply.

Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows
$40/hr individual sessions (12+) | $50/hr family therapy
Active NPI and CAQH Pay Range $40 — $50 USD
