Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision that aligns with the company's long-term goals.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product direction. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on business value and customer impact.
- Ensure that product development aligns with the roadmap and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, and make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Monitor product development progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and make data-driven adjustments.
- Implement strategies to optimize product performance and user satisfaction. Customer Focus:
- Manage the product management budget, allocating resources effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate possesses a thorough understanding of the security product landscape and has the ability to build and manage security products. This is a critical role within the business that will be responsible for shaping and executing the product vision to ensure we meet the dynamic needs of our customers, delivering innovative and market-leading solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and gather feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing.
- experience in product management, or a related role, in the cybersecurity industry.
- Experience demonstrating strong leadership, self-motivation and accountability
- Strong technical background and understanding of APIs and integration technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent
- experience as in relationship management, product management or program management within the security product industry. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
- Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms, machine learning applications in cybersecurity, and integrations with SOAR, SIEM, and EDR tools. •
- Experience in Agile and Lean product development methodologies. •
- Experience with product lifecycle management in SaaS environments. CISM, PMP, CISSP

- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Base Salary Range: $183,000 – $275,000
- The salary range reflects the expected base compensation for a fully qualified candidate at this level based on experience, qualifications, and market data at the time of posting. U.S.-Based
