Responsibilities
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to meet quality, availability & value requirements.
- Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues, driving root cause analysis, managing corrective actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve product quality and supplier capability.

Requirements
- If you have a strong background in Electronics Engineering , supplier quality management, and enjoy collaborating across functions to resolve complex technical & quality challenges, we want to hear from you! Let’s talk about You: Partner with Supply Chain Engineering, Product Development, Planning and GSA to ensure reliable, high-quality components for manufacturing Validate Supplier Processes as part of New Product Introduction (NPI), Engineering Change Note (ECN) and Supplier Change Requests (SCR).
- Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a closely related field (essential). Minimum 2 years of engineering
- experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on supplier quality , process engineering , or manufacturing engineering .
- Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional departments and stakeholders in a proactive and constructive manner.
- Experience in PCBA (PCB Assembly) and power supply manufacturing processes.
- Preferred: Knowledge of GD&T and familiarity with quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, APQP, or Kepner-Tregoe methodologies.
- Experience in operating within highly regulated industry – preferably medical devices. Proficiency in using statistical tools such as SPC, Gage R&R, Minitab or JMP. Project management skills and
- experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
