Responsibilities
- Support fair and consistent application of Belgian labor law and maintain positive labor relations.
- Guide succession planning and talent management, helping individuals grow and thrive.
- Encourage engagement initiatives and contribute to creating a high-performing, welcoming culture.
Requirements
- What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus. 8+ years of
- experience in HR business partnering or client-facing HR leadership roles.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and labor relations, including works council engagement.
- Experience enabling organizational design and guiding teams through change with confidence and care.
- Ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and make thoughtful, data-informed decisions.
- Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a valuable asset.
