Responsibilities
- Ensure all Service Providers are available when needed.
- Support the Goodyear internal team and Goodyear Installation Network (GIN) team with installations, mainly focused on HALO and sensor installations.
- Ensure Service Providers understand the expectations of their role at onboarding and also once all vehicles are installed.
Requirements
- When a new Service Provider is onboarded, traing them on the SLA and concept of TaaS.
- What We’re Looking For Excellent customer support and problem-solving skills Good understanding of tire management technologies (including capactity to learn new technologies) Self-driven with a demonstrated ability to deliver results Great communication skills with the ability to present to customers and the Service Network Extremely organized and able to manage extensive stakeholders within one project Depending on scope of project, anticipate travel between 25-50% of the time English and German language

- Why This Role Matters The Deployment Specialist - Tires as a Service (TaaS) will have primary responsibility of rolling out a customer, ensuring all stakeholders within the installation and onboarding process are aligned.
- This role is the central contact person within the specified country/region during the deployment of a new fleet.
- Based on the installation plan and capacity from the Goodyear Technician team, the incumbent will connect to the fleet to have the right vehicles available, and will ensure that the Service Providers in the market are supporting where needed.
- What You’ll Do Responsible for onboarding new fleet accounts.
- In day-to-day contact with multiple stakeholders in the fleet to ensure installation schedules are approved, vehicles are available, and Goodyear Technicians can enter the sites.
- Collect the detailed information needed for the Fleet Onboarding.
- Give feedback on planned versus actual installations.
