Requirements

A high awareness of safety and compliance with company safety rules is required at all times.

Forklift Certified. 3.
Ability to successfully work with internal customers on a wide range of concerns. 5.
Commitment to work productively and safely. 7.
Must successfully complete OSHA Crane Certification. Special Requirements 1.
Must live within a 20-mile radius of service center.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $28.91 hourly.
Bargaining The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $28.91 to $41.30 per hour This position is eligible for the following

We anticipate the need for one or more Material Handler(s) to be located at the Winona Service Center in Winona, MN.
This position will be posted for 10 working days from July 2, 2026, to July 16, 2026. Job
Responsibilities (May include, but not limited to the following): Perform the duties of the Material Handler classification, performing the daily operational activities of the material handling functions at assigned geographic locations.
This position requires the safe operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Serve as the day-to-day interface with local operational customers.
Duties include but not limited to material ordering from Alliance suppliers and from other internal storerooms as necessary.
Receiving activities which include unload and loading of trucks and receipt of materials both stock and non-stock.
Put away activities, order filling, physically fill and stage orders for field construction crews.
Keep work area and yard cleaned and organized as necessary.
