Responsibilities
- WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process — on time and with accuracy - Lead our first audit and manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors - Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and equity administration - Build and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations - Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Drive improvements to our financial systems and processes as we scale WHAT YOU’LL

- Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies — you understand what "scaling" actually means for a finance function - Strong working knowledge of accounting systems - Track record of building or improving close processes and internal controls - Comfortable working across functions and communicating financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders - Bonus:
- experience supporting a Series B–D company through an audit or preparing for one - You’ve worked in fast-moving teams where scope and priorities evolve - You have start-up DNA: You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments etc.
