Requirements

- Experience: B achelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 3 + years of leadership
- experience in a hospital or large health system Demonstrated
- experience leading front‑end revenue cycle functions, including point‑of‑service collections and denial prevention.
- Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI.
- Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required Demonstrated use of KPIs to drive and track team performance Financial and project management
- experience required Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills required Excels in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting Certification: CRCR certification required within first 9 months of hire (Ensemble supported) **T his position pays between $92,400 - $127,000 based on experience, and is eligible for annual incentives.
