Responsibilities

Define strategic roadmaps and targeted outcomes for our clients in a consultative capacity
Perform technical interviews for Architect and Engineer candidates as well as provide technical guidance to Architects and Engineers
Oversee the development and implementation of data standards and operating procedures Requirements

Caylent is a cloud native services company that helps organizations bring the best out of their people and technology using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
We provide a full-range of AWS services including workload migrations and modernization, cloud native application development, DevOps, data engineering, security and compliance, and everything in between.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud data and analytics technologies. Your Assignment
experience designing and building complex data systems as well as experience in these areas:
Data modeling for both transactional and analytics systems including implementation of industry standard data models
Data Governance and MDM
Big data processing using Spark, Streaming solutions, and NoSQL
Machine Learning and MLOps with proficiency in Sagemaker
GenAI Foundational Models as well as approaches and frameworks used in conjunction with them with proficiency in Bedrock.
Experience with at least two of these:
CI/CD pipelines and tools
Python for analytics (numpy, pandas, matplotlib etc) and automation
State of the art laptop and tools
