- JOB DESCRIPTION: Renewal by Andersen is looking to add a Services Ordering Retail Service Representative (RSR) I to join our team either in Des Plaines or Lockport.
- This position will be hybrid- both in office and remote.
- The Ordering Retail Service Representative will focus on providing customer service for delivery partners and customers.
- This is not a customer-facing role and is more closely aligned to data entry and administrative duties.
- This role will require you to be onsite a few days a week.
- Ensures customer management system is updated appropriately.
