- Disciplinary Support: Conduct thorough pre-investigations into incidents and grievances to identify root causes. •
- Documentation: Prepare Notices to Explain (NTE) and related legal/compliance documents for HR Manager endorsement. •
- Issue Resolution: Assist in the timely resolution of employee relations challenges and general queries (COEs, employment verifications, etc.).
