Responsibilities

Maintains a general knowledge of RbA products/services, customers and delivery partners, technical and business tools, and department functions/KPIs
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills
Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships
Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment

JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Description: Renewal by Andersen has an opportunity for a Service Concierge to join our Greater Twin Cities team in Roseville! This role will focus on providing high-level customer service for internal partners and customers.
Performs data entry and administrative tasks related to service work at Renewal by Andersen retail locations
Sorts, alphabetizes and files correspondence, forms, records, reports and other materials according to filing systems
Performs routine typing or word processing of materials, including lists, envelopes and form letters
