- Strong track record of growth and achieving results in line with business objectives, including profit targets and building top and bottom-line growth.
Requirements
- experience in life sciences; medical devices industries, demonstrating a proven track record in sales, marketing and general management across organizations which were growing and innovating.
- Experience with P&L, budgeting, finance, organizational design, talent, change management, strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the South Africa market, including regulatory and legal policies and environment to mitigate risk to the business.
- A thorough understanding of Market Access issues is important.
- The demonstrated the ability to create new and innovative approaches to managing the business, demonstrating flexibility, open mindedness, and adaptability to rapidly changing environments.
- Successful candidates would need the following: Matric Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in either a Business or Scientific discipline At least 8 years of post-qualification sales experience.
- experience in the Medical or Pharmaceutical field.
- Extensive knowledge of the Medical Devices Industry Demonstrated track record of expertise and career progress, within the medical devices landscape and the ability to develop strong relationships with KOL's. You.
