Please note, this is one role that is required to be based in person from Chicago. Responsibilities:
Keep a pulse on key industry trends and insights and leverage your deep vertical knowledge to further the development of your team
Develop a deep understanding of Reddit’s advertising platform to unlock enhancements and revenue potential Required
experience in digital media sales and/or marketing
Experience with direct advertiser sales including negotiations and management of strategic partnerships
Experience with both brand and direct-response marketing objectives
In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
Experience
3+ years of people management experience within sales

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and will also be eligible to receive a commission. Additionally, Reddit offers a wide range of

The base salary range for this position is: $195,000 — $273,000 USD

Actively coach, develop and lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers
