- Experience operating within high-growth, scaling environments such as Series A/B+ startups or similarly fast-paced companies - Proven ability to build and implement people programs, processes, and infrastructure from the ground up - Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and partner credibly with senior leaders, including VPs and Directors - Demonstrated ability to drive decision-making using people data and organizational insights, including metrics related to attrition,
