- benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. - Lead HR project with external vendors to deliver the best services to our Employees. - Ensure legal compliance and mitigate the Company’s risk by having a basic understanding of relevant employment laws (specifically France, UK, Germany, Spain). - Maintain employee handbooks.
- Experience - Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including
- experience in a startup or high-growth environment. - Strong knowledge of the French law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices. - Cross country experience, managing employee populations spread in different geographies. -
- Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit. - A thorough understanding of local, national, and international payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance and avoid penalties. - Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results.
- Profile - Proficiency in streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency, improve employee experience, and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, Payroll, ... - Hands-on and doer. - Builder mindset.
