Requirements
- Gridware’s advanced Active Grid Response platform uses high-precision sensors to detect potential issues early, enabling proactive maintenance and fault mitigation.
- experience with public utility commission regulatory filing systems and proceeding protocols, a keen eye for detail, and patience to sift through regulatory dockets.
- Experience working with electric utilities or public utility commissions on risk, wildfire mitigation, resilience, reliability, distribution maintenance and planning, or similar areas is preferred.

- Position Overview The Regulatory Associate role will be responsible for accelerating Gridware’s market expansion by 1) investigating electric utility regulatory filings and associated documents; 2) conducting regulatory tracking and instituting; 3) Instituting and maintaining a process for regulatory information sharing to the company; 4) Identifying regulatory opportunities for the sales and customer-success teams; and 5) creating content to support regulatory filings for Gridware’s customers.
- Gridware’s products span a range of regulatory arenas and utility use-cases, this role will be responsible for understanding and communicating to internal teams, the relationship between Gridware’s products and relevant regulatory proceedings.
- Gridware’s active utility customers require support for each of these respective regulatory proceedings and use cases, in the form of written content for testimony/filings or in the form of quantitative analysis to support requests for funding.
