Head of SHES

Responsibilities

Lead the Project SHES strategy and governance framework.
Ensure compliance with client SHES Management System and regulatory requirements.
Lead strategic risk management and critical risk control verification.
Approve Project SHES Plans, procedures and assurance programmes.
Lead major incident investigations and organisational learning.
Develop SHES capability, succession planning and leadership coaching.
Drive workforce engagement, worker welfare and positive safety culture.
Promote continuous improvement and SHES excellence throughout project execution. --Minimum Requirements--

Bachelor’s degree in sciences, safety, health, environment security, or engineering Knowledge and Key Skills 10 years’
experience in SHES in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 2 years of
experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
