Responsibilities
- - Team Supervision & Execution - Supervise vessel operators, test crew, and contractors during commissioning and sea trials - Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed safely and correctly - Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new operators and crew - Provide performance feedback and input to the MUSV Commissioning Manager - Vessel Testing & Operations - Execute vessel testing plans and operational checklists in accordance with schedules - Coordinate
Requirements
- Prior to launch of the first vessel, you will be creating the sea trialing plan and supporting the companies’ goals in getting the vessel ABS certified and USCG COI.
