- Be it engineering, product, or GTM - we build, experiment, and move fast, while heavily leveraging the capabilities of AI models.
- ABOUT THE ROLE This is the perfect role for someone early in their career (e.g. recent grad) who wants to get deep exposure to how startups operate, work directly with customers, and help scale AI products in the real world.
- As an AI Operations Intern, you'll work closely with the founders across both onboarding/agent development and customer success, supporting our team in making customers successful with telli.
- You'll help onboard new customers, develop AI agents, support existing accounts, and build the processes that help us scale.
- WHAT YOU'LL DO Customer Ownership & Operations - Support pilot accounts and help customers get live with AI agents - Assist with customer communications, answer questions, and resolve basic issues - Help track agent performance and customer health metrics - Support customer workshops and training sessions Agent Development - Help build and refine AI agents alongside the team - Support workflow creation for onboarding and pilot management - Work with automation tools (n8n, Zapier) to improve internal
