- Audit payroll outputs to identify discrepancies or compliance issues and proactively resolve them.
- Ensure proper escalation and routing of payroll, benefits, or employee relations issues.
Requirements

- As a Payroll Processor you are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll preparation by reviewing and validating employee timecard data prior to submission for processing.
- This role partners closely with HR, Plant Managers, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- The position plays a critical role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting employee inquiries, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
