Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to assess their real-time information needs and design solutions within Dataminr platforms to meet those needs Proof of Concept: Work closely with customers to establish and meet success criteria for focused product evaluations.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring they recognize the value of our solutions and integration capabilities.
Requirements
- This role can be fully remote, based in Germany, with up to 40% travel and requires German native-speaking or fluent working proficiency.
- Additional capability in French or Spanish are not required, but desired.
- Ability to hold NATO Secret clearance is requirement for this position.

- Esri ArcGIS, custom client built systems, and numerous SEIM, SOAR, and TIP platforms) Training & Enablement: Provide training sessions for sales staff and clients, focusing on best practices, operational workflows, and maximizing the use of and integration with various platforms Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to relay customer feedback, identify feature gaps, and contribute to the development of new functionalities that enhance integration and user experience.
- German native-speaking or fluent working proficiency required.
- experience preferably with Public Sector clients/organizations.
- Experience working directly within Public Sector organizations is highly desired.
