  • We're looking for a highly organised Marketing Assistant to keep the operational side of our agency running smoothly - while also supporting our in-house email marketing efforts.
  • You'll be the person who makes sure content gets scheduled, clients are kept in the loop, and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You don't need to be a strategist we'll give you the strategy and systems to follow.
  • You just need to be reliable, organised, and great at getting things done.
  • •Managing day-to-day client communications in group chats (updates, approvals, questions)
  • •Basic community management (comments, DMs) where required
  • •Ensuring smooth handover of assets from the creative team to clients
  • •Flagging any major issues or strategic questions to the CEO
  • •Building and scheduling email campaigns in Kajabi /Go HighLevel
