What you will be doing: Work with new customers to understand their business objectives and implement the solution into their day-to-day business Develops and manage relationships with new and existing customers Ability to develop and execute all phases of the implementation process Work closely with various teams including sales, integration, and customer support to ensure a seamless
experience for the customer Monitor usage and performance and suggest improvements/changes as needed throughout the implementation process What you will likely bring: Proven track record of successfully implementing software and working directly with customers Excellent communication and project management skills Self-starter with the ability to manage time and stay organized Ability to provide training and end-user support during the implementation process, as needed.
