Responsibilities
- Interact with clients and attorneys via phone, email, and in-person Manage attorney calendars and docket deadlines Draft, revise, and edit documents Provide general support to various attorneys Filing, scanning and other administrative tasks as assigned Manage Will Vault containing original estate planning documents and the Will Vault Database Job
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have obsessive organizational skills, be detail oriented, have a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and will be able to manage time, multi-task and prioritize assignments from multiple attorneys. Position
- Requirements: Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and interpersonal communication skills In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments in an accurate and timely manner.
