What You'll Be Doing Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on crushers, conveyors, screens, and other quarry plant equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency Inspect equipment and identify wear, damage, or safety concerns Fabricate, weld, and replace components as needed to support plant operations Follow all safety procedures while contributing to a proactive safety culture What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to
